[edit] Papers from Winter 2007

In Winter 2007, the INFO 310 HCI II course also focused on designing social interaction (using the VMT system as an example). It was an undergraduate face-to-face course using some of the same readings as this quarter's course. Three papers from that course are reproduced here.

  1. An individual midterm reflection paper discussing how the course was organized.
  2. An individual paper on the readings in the course.
  3. An individual conceptual design paper on designing social interaction.

These papers are not intended as models of your individual paper assignments. These papers are by undergraduates. You have different assignments and projects. However, these example papers may give you a feel for the experience of being a student in a course like this.
